My Traditional Nostalgic Christmas Living Room and Tree

 

Happy Friday! Life has been life-ing lately so I didn't get a post up last week but this week I thought I'd share my tree and my Christmas living room with ya...

If you saw my kitchen post, you know I decided to go very traditional this year. I was hoping for a 90's nostalgic feel while also keeping my eclectic style going. I chose blue and white, red and green and I'm loving all of it! Typically by this time I'm kind of over the decor and ready for a clean, less chaotic space but not this year! I'm all about it. I think its just all the happy colors happening. 

We've been collecting houses over the years... Santa brings one every year and our collection is growing! My hope is to be the grandma that has a whole Christmas village room one day but I love how it's looking behind the couch this year. Also, we went to Disney at the beginning of the month so I'm FULL ON OBSESSED at the moment. 

Of course in 2024 fashion, I added bows everywhere and It just adds such a cute festive touch everywhere! I love it.

Ignore my chipped up fireplace and the flocking all over the tree skirt. I've shaken that thing out twice now but my house is small so someone runs into the tree almost daily hahaaaa

I had most of my ornaments already but I added the blue and white ones from my boutique this year and I got some tiny frames on Amazon and added ribbon to the back to hang pictures. I've done this every year for a while with different frames but these frames are just beautiful!
