Hello!! It's Spring!! I finally got some time to play in my house recently and I enjoyed every second! The windows open, some new thrifted finds, it was so fun! I decided I needed a little something over here by my fireplace...
I've wanted a gallery wall over here for a while but I was having a hard time coming up with a color scheme. When I came across a couple thrifted finds in black and white, I decided that was it! I brought them home, shopped my house and came up with this cute gallery wall on either side!
I had to add a wedding picture of my parents, one of my favorite quotes and Elvis of course. My mom was Elvis Presleys number one fan so he had to become part of the wall. My mom had this hanging in their home for the longest time. We had it at her funeral and I took it home after. I love how it looks! I just started with the biggest picture and hung it a little over to the side and filled in around it. I have no rules to my gallery walls, or even my decor in general. It's really just what my eye finds appealing. I use tacks so that if I need to move something, I can easily do that!
I think it turned out super fun and it added the little something that was missing over here by my faux fireplace. You can see how I made that HERE
